Activate your customer profiles.

Krenalis Activation sends customer profiles from your warehouse to the tools you use to engage customers. This keeps external systems accurate and up to date, enabling reliable analytics, AI-driven personalization, and automated pipelines.

How activation works

Customer profiles stay synchronized between your warehouse and connected SaaS destinations. When a record changes (for example, an email address or subscription status update) Krenalis automatically updates the existing destination profile or creates a new one as needed.

Krenalis Activation can also synchronize external databases with selected customer records, or periodically export those records as files (CSV, Excel, JSON, or Parquet).
