# Activate profiles
## Activate your customer profiles.



Krenalis Activation sends **customer profiles** from your warehouse to the tools you use to engage customers. This keeps external systems accurate and up to date, enabling reliable analytics, AI-driven personalization, and automated pipelines.

### How activation works

Customer profiles stay synchronized between your warehouse and connected SaaS destinations. When a record changes (for example, an email address or subscription status update) Krenalis automatically updates the existing destination profile or creates a new one as needed.

* Sync expired-trial profiles daily from Snowflake to HubSpot.
* Trigger a HubSpot workflow that sends a “Renew now” campaign.

Krenalis Activation can also synchronize external **databases** with selected customer records, or periodically export those records as **files**  (CSV, Excel, JSON, or Parquet).
